The recent arguments over the usage the transgender bathroom have aroused great controversy over whether transgender individuals should use the bathroom of which is indicated to them by their birth certificate, or should they use the bathrooms of their own preferences. The hottest topic on transgender bathroom use has been that the transgender should obtain their own unisex bathroom to avoid the public harassment that opposes them. If they obtain this bathroom it would silence the speculations over whether which individuals should be prompted to use the bathrooms. The professional or colligate organizations believe the HB2 laws that are being presented to transgender individuals are wrong. Those of the opposition believe that the state of North Carolina having the House Bill 2 law in effect causes discrimination upon transgender individuals. According to the article “North Carolina transgender bathroom law state sponsored Discrimination” Mansbridge directly states “The federal government says North Carolina’s so-called bathroom law violates the Bill of Rights, calling it state-sponsored discrimination” (Mansbridge,2016). Although discrimination may be the case, one may find in pleasing to not have transgender individuals who refer to themselves as women but are really men to use the same restroom as women. The one thing that these organizations do not take into consideration is that it is unsafe for normal individuals to use public restrooms in these uncertain
