in regards to assisted suicide I believe people have the right to choose death. In “1999 Dr. Kevorkian was convicted of second degree murder he conducted and filmed later airing on 60 minutes” (comer, pg 226). I don't believe that it should be illegal if a person wants to end their life if they are terminally ill. I also believe that if they want someone to assist them that the person who does should not be held legally liable. I believe this because no one else but that person has to face dealing with a terminally ill disease. The decision should be theirs because it's only affecting them.
