Robert Scott Lazar, Bob, contacted Las Vegas TV station with an unbelievable story. The government goes through a lot in order to ensure the security of the base. First, the base has security guards that patrol the perimeter of the base and further beyond. These security guards are armed with M6’s and drive vehicles. The guards are also permitted to apply deadly force. Just the extremes of the security guards proves to show they have something big to hide, more than just military equipment. Sure, other countries want our secrets, but the guards are this strict even with regular civilians. Another point, the multiple warning signs all around the base. Our government doesn’t want a single person in or out of this base that was not hand picked by them. The consequences for becoming too close to this base are ridiculous. There is a $600 fine, if you had a camera on you at the time of the exposure, your camera is confiscated, and you will likely be visited by an FBI agent. It’s isn't said what goes on at these visits, but I am sure it has to do with keeping the secrets of the base protected. Area 51 is also surrounded by buried motion detectors along with the patrolling security. The air space above and around this area is constricted. The government did not want what was going on here to be made public. Of course though, if they made it public that aliens were real and we had contact with them, there would be an

The Government introduces you to a precedent that has to do with DLK’s case because in this case they intended for their info to be private, but the government used something that goes above the five senses so you would need a warrant to use it. This is important because in DLK’s case he intended for his info to be private, but since the government used a thermal imager without a warrant just like the bug in the Katz case, they found out he was growing marijuana in his home. No one else would want someone else to find out something that they are doing if it is private. While some may argue that the government can do that without a warrant if they are suspicious, no one would want their private info to be found or heard by the government. In conclusion, the Government should not invade your privacy unless given a warrant to do…

Psychiatrists say they will attempt to manage patients through ACT alone, but most end up on a CTO. Giving the patient an opportunity to co-operate with the treatment is better than deeming them to be unlikely to adhere as soon as the process starts. Most clinicians try not to immediately place the person on a CTO; they would prefer to develop a therapeutic alliance with the patient and then place them on a CTO if necessary. This is possible with ACT because it provides a safety net when testing a patient’s ability to adhere to their treatment plan. One family member explained that “when you’ve got an ACT team coming in…and you do go off your meds, they’re going to be aware”.…

Having surveillance means that the government has the right to watch and record basically everything people do. The government put video cameras up in schools, buildings, stoplights, and satellites covering virtually everywhere. According to Alex Sinha (2013) NSA, the National Security Agency, started collecting as much information and data as possible from permanent residence in the United States in hopes of reducing the odds of another terrorist attack (p. 862). In 2013, Sinah also claimed in the early 1960s, NSA began keeping a “watch list” which was a list of American citizens who were traveling to Cuba and were questionable to pose a danger to the President (p.864). Sinha (2013) then goes on to state in 1967 the watch list turned into a systematic attempt to track those Americans who were questioned to be involved in a civil disturbance.…

What goes on in Area 51 has long been a mystery. People have always been curious as to what goes on beyond the high levels of security and in the depths of the actual buildings. Although Area 51 keeps everything they do a secret, they do, in fact, have extraterrestrial findings that they keep in possession without the world’s knowledge. There are two locations of Area 51; the first one is located in the Nevada desert within reach of Groom Lake, which is a lake that overtime has dried out. It is not officially confirmed that this site exists, because although you can see it from satellites such as Google Maps, you cannot find it on any government maps.…
