Argumentative Essay On Ancient Aliens

Improved Essays
There is speculation about ancient aliens who seeded life on earth, but are these claims worth listening to? Scientists have been doing some intense research about early life on earth and where it started. Some believe ancient beings came to earth and seeded life or interacted with early civilizations. Subsequently many questions are being brought and researched such as: when they appeared; how they came; what they did; how it affected us; what did they look like and what did they teach humans?
Many theorize that they appeared in the early days of man before the time of Christ. They would have come to earth and speak to the early humans, and since this was the time many religions were being brought about they might have been worshipped. After different religions sprung up, they changed over time to what it is like today. Even some that have been appearing in the present like in Scientology where they worship their god, an alien named Xenu, which came to earth and did all of the life creating. But when did the aliens actually come? When these supposed ancient aliens arrived it must have been really early in the earth’s timeline because the present man obviously has no memory of their coming to earth. But what if they

In the previously mentioned paintings and cave drawings there were circular flying aircraft in the background of the image, which could be a sign saying they have flying crafts. Nowadays we would call that a U.F.O. Usually mankind would reference one of these aircrafts as a circular object flying in the air and that is exactly what these pictures show. Sometimes there would be a misshapen craft that looks like a meteorite or even one that looks like a modern day spacecraft that our astronauts use. The world may never know how these alien flying crafts were created; what they were created from; what materials they used to get to earth; and how far they came

“The ancient astronaut theory all started in 1968, when Swiss researcher and author Erich Von Daniken published a book known as Chariots of the Gods, which became an immediate bestseller.” Within the book he put his hypothesis that, “‘the technology and religions of many ancient civilizations were given to them by ancient astronauts who were welcomed as gods” (Ancient Astronaut Theory). In the book he gives evidence and reasons as to why he believes in this theory, but one thing is wrong with all this. All the “evidence” stating that ancient astronauts visited earth, inspired human culture, and influenced human advancement; things such as cave paintings, stone artifacts, and ancient structures; it’s all just art and architecture, we have no…

The Mound Builders are a group of people, who pseudoarchaeologists claim, are another species or life form from the Native Americans. For years, Europeans that came to the New World claimed that they were some other life form because they didn’t believe that the Native Americans were capable of that kind of culture and mental capacity. These pseudoarchaeological claims stem from the racism of the Europeans. The Mound Builders were Native Americans who, during time periods between 2,200 and 1,600 years ago, would construct mounds across what is now modern-day Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and other locations along the Mississippi River and Ohio River.…

Daily Life of the Aztecs was an incredibly insightful and educational source of information regarding all aspects of Aztec life. One thing I found to be especially intriguing was how many similarities there are between the current day traditions of many different cultures and the traditions the Aztecs used to observe. Understandably, there are some major differences too, but the fact that we can still find ways to relate to people who lived centuries before us is pretty extraordinary. Before we discuss the daily lives and traditions of the Aztecs, it’s helpful to first find out where they came from. During the 13th and 14th centuries the Mexica, who we now know as the Aztecs, migrated to the Basin of Mexico (Carrasco, pg 19), but until…

There has always been much controversy over your theory of evolution; a theory that has lasted or almost 160 years, with not a single piece of evidence presented that disproves the fundamental validity of that theory. In fact, it is being supported time and time again by fossil records. However, thats not to say your theory is perfect. The point of a theory is not to be perfect. The ideas you have presented, however, are the best and most scientifically grounded ideas we have about the way species evolve and change.…

As of the 21st century, it is no longer controversial to believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life. While in the 16th century, a belief that life existed beyond Earth and its atmosphere may have led to a public execution (like it did for astronomer, Giordano Bruno), the same belief is held by 54% of Americans today. Given the evidence gathered through advanced space exploration and technology, the scientific community, as well as the general population, is more inclined to believe in extraterrestrial life. However, something that is more debatable, is the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life.…
