Scientifically, humans have been omnivores for several thousand years, with the earliest of humans were relying on hunting wildlife for their fix of protein and foraging to complete the diet. Meat was consumed infrequently in those days, but today it is consumed in alarming amounts by people around the world with its commercial availability that has proven to take a toll on human health and livelihood. This report aims to introduce Meatless Monday and run through both sides of the Vegetarian diet argument, eventually asking: What’s driving the meatless lifestyle trend? Would a vegetarian diet truly sustain my body?
One unique lifestyle habit that is proposed by Project Green Challenge 2015 (PCG) is the introduction of Meatless Monday, a weekly custom of eating no meat products to the surprise

HOW CAN I EXPERIMENT?
Does a meatless diet truly influence your body and its performance? To answer this seemingly age-old question, we must experiment both sides of the spectrum. A vegetarian diet is adopted by a volunteer and is tested weekly for changes in blood pressure, glucose level, weight, or any other selected body condition or performance parameter and is compared to a person with a more meat-heavy diet.
In principle, if both diets’ meals are carefully constructed, there should be great similarities in body properties and performance. Consequently, the predicted path of the experiment should favor a tie between both diets, with the general hypothesis stating “if you switch to a vegetarian diet, then your body will be affected.”
