National Popular Voting is a very effective way of voting. It helps balance out the votes and it could be an easier way to get the results. I chose this strategy because I have a strong feeling that it would be more fair than any other way. Voting is already counted by state and it would be valuable to use the votes for every election. Using the votes for every election could help find the winner for the position quicker. It would also be a better chance at people getting a higher percentage of votes. Voter turnout is the percent of voters who pitch a ballot during the election. The voter turnout has been at its lowest.
