On 12-30-15, I deputy Wilbanks stopped a maroon car travleing on hwy 45 with no headlight. Upon speaking with the driver Ariana Hatley i could smell the odor of marijuana. I asked Ms. Hatley if i could see her license and she stated that she did not have any driver license and has not never had one. I asked every on in the car who had the marijuana and no one wanted to tell me. I asked the driver Ms. Hatley if i could search the vehicle, she stated that it was not her vehicle. I explained that she could tell me know but I had the right to call for a K-9 to come and if he hit on the vehicle i could search it with out consent. Mr. Aron Washington took responsibility for the marijuana and stated that the 2 grinders was Ms. Jamie Rolisons. I asked Mr. Aron Washington where they had gotten the marijuana and he stated that Ariana Hately had meet a guy at walmart and baought it for them. I asked the other passenger Mr. Robert Washington how old he was and if he had smoked any of the marijuana, He stated that he was 15 and that he did smoke some of the marijuana. I asked Mr. Robert Washington Who had gave him the marijuana and he stated that Ms. Jamie Rolison had passed it to him while in the vehicle, I asked him where they had gotten the marijuana from and he stated that Ms. Ariana Hatley had met some guy had walmart and purchased it for Mr. Aron Washington. Ms. jamie Rolison was taken into custody for simple possesson, contributing to a minor, and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Aron Washington was cited into court for simple possesson. Ms. Ariana Hatley was citied into juvenile court for simple possesson and driving without a license and was taken to the mcnairy county jail and later released to her bother.
