Argumentative Essay: Life After Death

Life After Death Most people don’t think about what happens after someone dies. Do they go to Heaven or Hell? Is there a Heaven or Hell? When will death come upon us? Nobody knows the true answer until it actually happens, but there isn’t a way for people to tell us once they’re dead. In the picture above if you look from a distance you can see a skull but when up close you can see a woman sitting in front of her makeup vanity desk looking into the mirror. Death is all around us and can come at any time. Looking at this picture it makes you wonder when and how will you die? In a position of religion people are expecting to go to Heaven or Hell but in a scientific position there is no life after death. I see it as life after death. In Luke 23 verse 43 it says “and he said to him, ’Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.’” Only the people who have died and gone to the so called “Paradise,” know what happens. Dead can come at any time and the lady in the picture could die of a makeup allergy, or heart attack just sitting right there. We see death everywhere we look.
Why does it make you think of religion? It makes me think of life after death. Is there really a life after death? Is reincarnation real? To me none of this is real. There is no life after death. I’m not saying that I don’t believe there is a God but there is no proven fact that there ever was one. Science is a fact, maybe not about evolution because know body exactly knows how we humans came to be or even the universe. We live our lives thinking that there is a life after death and there are many different opinions about it. I truly don’t believe that there is a definite life after death, but that is what the bible tells us.
