This should be true. However, it isn't many leaders do look at the color, religion, and nationality. There has been these in the past where if you were different from other you would be treated other or not even noticed. For example, back in WWII Hitler wanted to get rid of all the Jews just because they were Jewish. There are even events where they are napping today. Donald Trump wants to build a wall just to keep out people because they are not white. So is that saying he is not a great leader but a bad one. Who knows how the trump election and his presidency if he wins will go. We might have America with nothing but whites or he will be other thrown and America will be great again.
