Is Donald Trump evil? I do not believe so. But, of course, many do. We know this due to the right of freedom of speech. “Congress shall make no law respecting...freedom of speech,” as stated in the First Amendment of the Constitution. This lets people express their true opinion to bring about awareness to eventually help the cause.The Declaration of Independence shares that when, “ abuses and usurpations...,” happen, “ it is the their duty, to throw off such government (P3 line 15). Anti-Trump supporters can use this to the extreme. If it is truly believed that Trump is going to destroy this country, then they are more than capable of rounding up troops, grabbing some firearms, and overthrowing the government. …show more content…
Firearms can range from handguns to semiautomatic rifles to fully automatic rifles. The Second Amendment of the Constitution states that people have,”the right to bear arms”(U.S. Const. Amend. II). This is essentially fundamental for establishing a militia. The government is obviously a very profound power. Materials are improved every day. That being said, the government can easily wipe out any unarmed rebellion. The Second Amendment also signifies that, “a well regulated militia,” is necessary( P7 line 1). This displays the fact that the people are allowed to have well-established militia if one day the government unfortunately results to
