In this world, our society faces many struggles that they cannot handle. Donald Trump becoming president would be a downfall of the people that’s already struggling today, such as marriage rights, abortions, financial, and a lot more other situations. There are many books and films that talks about a situation like Trump becoming president and what could happen if he does. A world in which a man like Donald Trump can be considered president is defective because we have already been warned from books such as Fahrenheit 451 which is about a fireman who burns books and starts fires rather than putting them out. Is Trump fascist? The world would be different if he is because he’s talking about closing the border so immigrants will not be able to get into the U.S. This will cause a lot of problems because America needs worker to help build up our economy, and also immigrants may have family in America that they will not be able to see again. Immigrants should all be treated the same as Americans because they are willing to come here to help America and live a better life. Trump is careless and he is because during the 9/11 attack many Muslims cheered it on, or Mexican immigrants are all rapists and murders and his trust he places in is his own gut capture this well.(Bergen) Many of Trumps working class feels threatened by Muslims and Trumps solution was to build a wall. Trump wrote that he is “calling for a total and complete shutdown of all Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on”.(Trump) He believes that Mexico should pay for this wall. This wall will cause a lot more threats to America and put a lot of us in danger because immigrants want what we have. Trump believes this will stop a lot of threats and problems, but things will only get worst. Immigrants will always come up with a plan to get pass this wall no matter what it takes to be free. Donald Trump won the U.S. presidential election because he was picked by the EIU, which would escalate rapidly into a trade a trade war. The EIU also tells how terrorism could affect the global markets. The book Catch 22 relates to this because it talks about how a man named Yossarian is trying to survive the madness of war. The reason why it relates to Trump is because he has a lot of enemies that tries to bring him down. Trumps job is to make it through the end in one piece, because he thinks that everyone is after him so he wouldn’t win the election. This will show that Trump will not stop until he gets what he really wants which is to take control over America. Trump is trying to get over people by having America pay more money in taxes which he is trying to cut by $11.98 trillion over the course of a decade. He’s also proposed to negotiate with countries to prevent it from working its money and keeping it too low for manufacturers from competing.
