Argumentative Essay: Implamenting A Dog Park

Dogs need exercise so they dont get over weight and become lazy. Implamenting a dog park is a good idea to help fix that problem, but not everyone likes dogs. Having a dog park in a residential area is conveniant but is also obnoxous.

Muscatine is in need of a dog park, it is important for dogs to get exercise. "Dogs that don't get exercise can act out by barking and destroying things at home."(A Dog Park Benefits All). This bad behavoir causes dogs to be left at shelter. A dog park would fix these issuse and help save the lives of a lot of dogs, but who would have to pay for this dog park?
