The process of buying a home can be a daunting and stress full task for an individual. The combination of finding an ideal dwelling within an individual’s price range, the process of obtaining a home loan and taking the responsibility of becoming a home owning adult can mount tremendous amounts of stress on any individual. Although after the process is completed, a veil of satisfaction will rain on new homeowners because completing such a stressful task without (hopefully) losing hair is impressive and one of the many steps to scratch off in the process of chasing the American dream can now be completed. The sense of satisfaction soon wears off because a group of college student or a bickering couple, who have emphatic arguments outside and have vehement disregard for others property, move in next door. The college students have parties every night and play loud music at all hours or the dissatisfied duo have altercations in their front yard and have begun driving through the new homeowner’s yard to get to their driveway. This can be a problem that could possibly get out of hand is an equitable solution is not established in a timely manner.
