A minor is a person under the age of full responsibility. A minor fall in the age range of 0 to 18. In that age range, a child is still under the care of a parent or guardian. In most instances, minors aren't allowed to smoke tobacco products, drink alcohol, drive, vote, and marry. Minor is in no way capable of having full responsibility for an item that can cause injury or in the worst case, death. In the United States of America, states such as Minnesota allow 14-year-olds to purchase a long gun without parental consent. Gun control is a serious problem in the United States of America. Guns across America have taken millions of lives, because of it our country is getting worse and worse. Our country needs to take a serious look at gun laws to fix this growing problem.
