It provides low energy intake, which is especially bad for active children who need to be getting all the nutrients they can. This means that eating fast food as a meal will cause somebody to be more tired and will cause them to lack the nutrients that they require to function properly. Even though the food is lacking when it comes to energy intake, it has plenty of calories. In fact, it does not provide enough energy and it has too many calories, which leads to people’s state of balance in their body being ruined. When preparing the food, the restaurants will oftentimes use oil that is being reused for multiple days which means that it is not fresh, but they do not care because it is cheaper for them to do it that way. They restaurants will also oftentimes use vegetables that are not fresh as another means of cutting production costs. Fast food seems cheap to people when they go to buy it, but like everything it accumulates quickly. Many people will see the six or seven dollar meals as cheap and simple because they are already prepared for them. They fail to take into consideration the difference in price if they were to take the time to prepare their own healthier meal. However, after eating fast food multiple times a week, they will start to notice how expensive it really is. Oftentimes people will buy it because they are busy and then they will do the same thing the next day because they like how fast and convenient it is for them. They will eventually become addicted to it, which will only cause them to keep coming back. Spending money on fast food will prevent somebody from being able to spend their money on other things that they want. In an economy where money is tight and everything is expensive, people cannot afford to be spending money on fast food. Fast food may be affordable at first, but after awhile it will start to have a big effect on a person’s spending
