The revision and adjustment of these errors will assist me not only this year, but in the following years to come. The most outstanding error to me, was the lack of a strong thesis. Avobath: This bath bomb was my least favorite of the 3. Even though the water did turn a pretty green color, my skin did not feel moisturized after using it. Also, the bath bomb did not fizz for long and the scent was barely noticeable even though in stores it had a strong scent. I feel the price is too expensive for this bath bomb, and I would not recommend purchasing it. $6.45 at Lush…

Since the beginning of time, achieving success has always been a group effort. Whether it be building the Pyramids or the White House, nothing over the course of history has ever been completed by one person alone. There is always help, whether it be in the form of someone acting on another individual's behalf or supporting someone by sharing advice or lending an encouraging word. Into The Wild by Jon Krakauer is a work that reveals the tendency of people to fail at helping and supporting unique or unordinary individuals find a way to fit into a materialistic society that seemingly contradicts everything they stand for. It is through analyzing the reasons why Chris McCandless goes into the wild that we see the importance of having a support group and finding people to hold yourself accountable to.…

Before beginning this course, I knew that I lacked confidence within my writing. People say that you are your own worst critique, and I fully agree with that statement. My writing was not terrible in some aspects, but I knew that it needed to be improved upon. I lacked the experience needed because writing was not something that I did on a daily basis. When I first started English 1302, the little confidence that I had significantly plummeted since my writing seemed childish compared to other students.…

This semester, I have learned a lot from this English 101 course. I have not only learned from you, but also from my peers and myself. Entering this class, I had a good understanding of what this course was about because I took a pre-English class over the summer. Although I feel it provided me with a decent grasp of the course, the material of pre-English was condensed into six weeks, so there was still a lot left to learn. English 101 was very beneficial because it helped strengthen my writing as it also gave me an introduction to college writing.…

Although there has not been much research about it yet, vaping is becoming the next big thing in the smoking community. People are beginning to find out that there is a better, safer, and much cheaper alternative to smoking. That alternative is an Electronic Cigarette, which was first invented by a man by the name of Hon. The first “vaporizer” consisted of 3 simple parts: a lithium-ion battery, a small cartridge filled with the “e-juice”, and an atomizer, which is used to create heat, causing the juice to “vaporize”, making it ready to inhale.
