Everyone should have a dog. Dogs have been “man’s best friend” for around 16,000 years. They offer love and affection, while they also help with everyday chores. Dogs snuggle up close when you need a friend or make you happy when you are sad. They can help you physically or mentally. Dogs can even help you be more social. There are much more ways but these are the top ones.
Dogs love exercise and they help you build a better immune system. Dogs help you physically because they want to go outside and play. That makes their owners more likely to be physically active. “Researchers at Michigan State University reported in 2011 that 60% of dog owners who took their pets for regular walks met federal criteria for regular moderate or vigorous exercise,”
