Does everyone get a trophy Have you ever played in a league that gives away participation trophies. Many youth sports are giving them away for money. Even though people play to get a trophy, you have to win it. These trophies make parents angry and send back the trophy, they are not necessary, you have to win a trophy not get one. On the flip side they make people come back so they get money.
Trophies do not make room for mistakes to be made and learn from them. For example , you have to work to win not play to get. Many parents think that you have to win a trophy not get one.
