we think continuing to fund school sports is a great idea it gets students keep there grades up. School sports help students if there in a JROTC program it would help them be fit in that too! Sports are also helpful, according to many experts, sports help students brains function and think and sports also help challenge the brain so that way your brain gets stronger. School sports also help you get a scholarship to play collage sports then after that if your good enough you could go to the pro's if you get a letter from the pro's that letter will say you've been scouted. Sports also help student be responsible for there homework. Participation in sports also leads many to help students gain muscles and help them become stronger in other words sports help males and females get out of obesity instead of eating Mc Donald's eat a salad no dressing, meat no cheese instead of fat being added to your weight it will be muscle. …show more content…
Research indicates that one of the primary benefits of high school sports is when the students get a job they will work better with there co-workers because sports give students that sense of teamwork which will help them in there job. There are many researchers who defend the theory that participation in school sports is linked to students being more fit in school so there not getting picked on as bad as if they were not in school sports so that way they are not getting
