When the constitution was created on September 17, 1787 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A time where people were incriminated for adultery, _______, and___________. It was not formated in a way that could be used in the 21st century. Meaning that many of the sentencings, and rulings are excessive and do not equal up to the action of the criminal. This will mean that marijuana and hemp would be categorized as not dangerous as to nicotine and alcohol. We would alter the drug system from the criminal system to it being an overall health problem. If people are addicted to drugs they should be thrown in jail just because it’s illegal. What will that solve because the numbers will tell you that they will end up back in jail. People get on heavy drugs because of problems they have not dealt with.
