Although most social sites do establish specific Terms Of Use Agreements designed to prevent cyberbullying, predator activities, identify theft, and all of the other associated trappings, it is the users who must ultimately take care of policing the communications. You make the voice. You create the content. You are responsible for how you interact with other digital users online. Furthermore, you are also responsible for protecting yourself against abusive relationships. Everybody is different. Everybody has many different learning styles. Some people are way better off from doing work independently on their own computer. Some other people need a little help and human interaction. Technology upgrades cost large amounts of money (Caprio). Technology has affected almost every aspect of today’s culture (Caprio). Some people constantly struggle with working on the computers (Caprio). “I learn better when a teacher is teaching me, sometimes I feel left behind; the classes move quickly,” Billy Duncan said. The teacher may think that he is doing a fine job, but really he is not doing enough for the students (Caprio). Technology in schools can distract students from doing their schoolwork (“Cons…”). For instance, with technology available, students may pay more attention to their social life rather than the lesson (“Cons…”). Students need to have technology with them in school because it increases our understanding of it, it has the most up to date information. it helps students become more responsible, and it is more efficient than books and notebooks.
