Even though rescued services get a lot of calls each day, they have the technology to back it up. Rescue services have the latest and updated technology, to save people lives so why stop? According to Nick Heil, in the interview Helicopter Rescue Increasing on Everest, it says, “There has been sort of the recent arrival of some powerful, new, lightweight helicopters that are able to operate at very high altitudes, reliably.” This shows that we have the new helicopters designed for high altitudes, so why stop using these when they are highly reliable.
