Did you know that a 16 oz juice has the same amount of nutrients of 8 lbs of spinach? There are many people who do not know about juicing, and even some who think that they know everything about the topic. Either way they have a lot to learn, and even learn how it has helped some people. Juicing has helped and will help people all over the country, but there are many people who do not understand what juicing actually does. Juicing is a topic that not many people have the advantage of knowing about. It can be a tricky subject, between whether or not it is healthy or not. Weight loss might be hard to accomplish when first starting juicing, and weight gain may even come across if not careful. However if a person knows what they are doing, and how to juice by using other people's experiences, than it just might turn out the best for them.
