Imagine finding yourself on the street, all alone, nowhere to go, with just the clothes on your back. If your lucky, you have a backpack holding any precious belongings that haven’t been lost or stolen from you...yet. Your life wasn’t always like this but now you live anywhere and everywhere. Some people are nice to you, especially the young kids who offer you pocket change and $1 bills. Some offer you stares and rude remarks. You never realized your life could change so quickly. Every day hundreds of thousands of people can be found homeless: in cars, shelters, out on the street. Bigger cities are really struggling with homelessness due to rental increase, even with hospitals reaching out and providing help. Homeless people will be seen all throughout life. Many people take one look and assume it’s because of drugs or drinking. The World is constantly changing, which is making it harder and harder to help the people who truly need help. The government can go on and on, pouring in more and more money, thinking it’s making a difference when in reality it’s only earning them a higher title. People out there really do need our help and are grateful when different ideas are actually brought to life. Organizations are becoming bigger and better, but it’s still not enough when they are only helping certain areas. Luckily, people are becoming more and more aware which is helping.
