Those who attend an ordinary institution of learning are considered inferior compared to people who go to distinguished ones. Scholarships are meant for the few less fortunate people in the society although in most cases they are not usually enough. There are more poor students than the number of scholarships offered. In some cases, they are not distributed fairly and the people distributing them are biased and offer scholarships to people who don't even deserve them.
