It would cut down on the disobedience and give other students a better chance to learn. The officers could politely ask the student to stop misbehaving or take the student aside to have a talk. There are a few methods SRO's could take to handle the situation, Like call their parents or ask the students to leave the classroom for a while. However, not too long ago, in South Carolina's Spring Valley High, an officer got into a physical altercation with a student and used excessive force with her. This situation has happened very often and parents are not happy with the outcomes.
