There are several types of living styles associated with this kind of housing including one bedroom apartments, single rooms, or a townhouse setup. A solution stated in the article was that smokers put towels under their doors for the time being (Freilich, 2015, par. 18). I don’t see why this cannot be the solution in the first place! Although I myself would never allow smoking in my home, I don’t think it should be anyone’s decision other than those who are living in that space. All in all, the concept of drinking and smoking in subsidized housing can be a messy argument as there are many well thought out points from both sides. However, I believe my stance is solid. I feel that few people would truly hold an argument on the other side if they were to find themselves in such a living situation. After all, every one of us deserves to do as we please under our own
