While laws are being passed to secure the ever-so frightening occurrence, people are still texting and driving. It is even illegal in some states to text and drive. It does not need to come to one of your loved ones getting hurt or killed to see the horrific things that happen when you text and drive. The call or text can be made when the vehicle is in park and off the roads. Some people have this mindset and impatient mentality. Some people are selfish. While some may not see, I see clearly what the image is trying to say: Do not text and drive. I have no personal experiences with texting and driving, but every time I see the AT&T commercial of the man that ran over not only one, but three children, I cannot help but break down and cry. I could not imagine the horrific pain that engulfed his ever being. No one deserves to have to endure that kind of traumatizing event, especially the victims. But also the one texting because they have to live with it for the rest of their lives. This is why I chose texting and driving as my visual argument. I feel it is something that is not preached enough. The subject needs to be better taken care of and something young teens need to take more heed to.
