For example, every four years a presidential debate takes place where many politicians come together to argue American problems. These debates might seem to be stressful, however it not only allows politicians to hear other viewpoints on issues, but also it allows Americans to understand the issues. The debates then causes the political candidates to take other people's ideas into consideration and then enforce them. Lawsuits often times bring two sides together in front of a jury to determine a criminal's fate. Coming in front of a court of law is essential to the well-being of all Americans. There have been many cases when someone is wrongfully accused of a crime that they did not commit. By putting these people in a court of law to argue their fate is essential to the well-being of, not only the criminal, but also the people of America.
