If the minimum wage would spike up to $15/hour then everybody would be doing well, and benefiting off of this. Workers would be getting paid much more to creating more happier employees who will become even more determined to come to work, employees would also be satisfied with their jobs, thus resulting in a lesser amount of employees looking to switch their company, or career path keeping them would benefit the company and themselves. Furthermore, the government would also benefit from this decision as well, so that the more employees make, the more they get taxed on it, and in result the province would have more money banking in. Additionally, if the minimum wage were to increase there could be a slight chance that the number of illegal activities and crime would decrease. The more higher the wage, the more people would be eager to join and make money. At the same time there would need to be an equal opportunity for people to start working, no matter what kind of job it is. As long as the person is trained, and has knowledge of what they are getting themselves into and is prepared for the jobs to take on then they should be good to go in order to make an employee happy to serve the company's customers
