Argument Analysis: Boys Will Be Men

In this scenario “Boys will be boys” is based on some colleagues which are discussing on how they feel about their associates, who can be able to speak clearly between themselves in this article which is based on gender socialization, which can be mention to a learning conduct and approaches that can be considered suitable in a situation that the employees are men that are in their first year in college. Since they had graduated from high school this type of discussion can be part of the social norms showing that they have not yet been adjusted to a workplace environment. I can agree with Ron DesVue I think that he brought up a very good point, with something like this people can get themselves fired so these boys from high school need to know that they are making a huge mistake. In a case like this I believe if you can speak to anyone about an issue like this then it makes them more likely to stop because it can make them very aware that they are not being professional and that will cause someone to lose their job for awful behavior. This can be an important lesson for a young individual because they do not always know that their behavior is wrong and that they can hypothetically lose their job with such conducts and actions. I won’t be able to agree with Hugh Jim Bissell in a case like this I think it can be ridiculous to intimidate someone to keep their job. In that case I don’t feel that it is professional to record a person’s conversation without their knowledge and letting them know that if they do not stop with that behavior that there will be further consequences and the situation will be taken to the boss they will never know how the boss will feel with all that is going on having a recording and using it against them that is very unethical for someone to do
