Argument Against UPS Driver

I live at 225 Olentangy Crossings West, Delaware, OH and I have filed several complaints against a UPS driver. Please see incident 160115-021117 and incident 160201-032008. I called customer service today and they suggested I follow up with this message.

The UPS driver continues to honk his horn multiple times when he drives past my house. There is no reason for him to be honking his horn.

At this point, if he does not stop I will be filing a lawsuit against UPS for
