Argument Against Censorship

Many people believe that censorship is critical especially in times of political crisis. It protects young children from viewing potentially harmful content. It helps the people to not worry too much and possibly riot. It also may protect the government from embarrassing items of interest. Whatever the reason is, it doesn’t excuse it. Censorship should not be considered okay and should be eliminated because people can’t grow without knowledge, it could incite unwanted anger, and people need to learn how to help others.
People are entitled to know what’s happening on the Earth they live on. Most everyone contributes to the well­being of others. They make the world go ‘round. If people try so hard to protect us by censoring our information, the

The people of this world should know what’s going on because the end result of them not knowing could be catastrophic. People can get riled up over the most simple things, and censoring media is one of these sensitive topics. In this regard, censoring would just bring about more problems as people got angry that the government is restricting their rights. Along with this anger would be a thirst for the truth which could lead to incomplete information and destructive rumors. On debate.org, there is a whole page dedicated to the debate of censorship. As one reads through everyone’s opinions, the people who oppose the censorship seem to be angry.
Statements such as “Censorship is communist,” and “NO censorship of any kind,” and “We have a right!” clearly show much anger on censorship. As people get angry, they want to change what they're angry about so they become happy again.
