Ares: One Of The Original Twelve Greek Gods

Ares is one of the original twelve Greek Gods and Although, Ares was one of many Gods born from Zeus he was different from his siblings because of the way he looked, the weapons he brandished as the god of war, his powers as the god of war, and his title allowed Ares to have a large family.

First is the way he looked and the weapons he brandished and “in art,Ares is generally depicted wearing a spear and a helmet” but Ares personality is very different from his appearance, “Ares was most often characterized as a coward in spite of his connection to war”(Greek God of War, September 19 ,2014).
