The specific characteristics of defined portions of an area may be used to identify specific health hazards, risks, conditions, and/or crisis that may be present; which may be used to site what is accessible to the area.
What is accessible to an area may be based on the location and size of the area; the health conditions that need to be combated in the area; collaboration with outside resources in the area; and the amount of usage of current resources in particular areas. Geographic and economic factors may also be considered; notably in remote and isolated areas.

When developing health programs I would consider the viewpoints of different portions of the population, specifically older adults. According to ___ older adults may feel belittled or childlike when a physician attempts to explain information to them about a specific disease; or when attending an information session in a classroom. When considering their viewpoints, I would analyze how the distribution of information may be formatted in an economic and understandable format; that will not make adults feel be belittled or childlike.
Also, access the effectiveness of current health preventive and substance abuse programs; to determine whether multiple programs should be enforced in different locations, with different health environments. Or if there should be specific numbers and types of programs that are employed throughout an entire area. Determining whether there is a need for multiple health preventive programs, would help establish a defined health prevention system that meets the areas needs without using unnecessary economic
