Are We Worth The War: Are We Worth It?

It has been one year since the war has begun between our two countries. It looks as if it will end soon with a peace treaty between the countries. My father once told me that in war only one said can be the winner, but I guess maybe not this war. This war has been awful on my country I have lost my brother to it and some of my closest friends. I was one of the lucky few who made it through the war without getting injured or mentally hurt. I am just happy this war is ending so there will be no more pain and suffering for both sides of the war. I remember this one time when I was in the middle of a shootout with the enemies, people were going down like flies left and right on both sides of the shootout. That day we lost 10,000 men and the other side lost 15,000 just think no one would've died that day if it wasn't for that stupid war. The total deaths of this war so far have been upward of 200 million people combined for both sides. Before this war started both of our countries were beautiful places both at peace with each other and were also had a thriving economy and government. But one day everything just started to spiral down first the economy started to plummet which lead to people losing their jobs and stocks crashed which lead to people losing everything. Once that started to happen people wanted a answer so our government told us it was another country's fault so people demanded revenge but honestly I don't believe the government at all. All of these problems were our own government's fault but they didn't want a revolt so they blamed it on another country. In the short run it didn't look like a bad plan but in the long run it was one of the biggest mistakes this country has ever
