The reason that we still read Hamlet today is because the conflicts that Hamlet deals with in the story are common conflicts that young people face. For example, the death of his father caused him to be very depressed, and many of us has experienced a death of close one. Beside the fact, that this story setting is around 1400s or 1500s, yet we can still share personal experiences with Hamlet. Hamlet deals with many problems in his life that causes him to lose hope and debates weather to live or not to live. Hamlet is faced the challenge when his mother marries his uncle, in less than month after his father’s death.
