Are They Deserve Rewards?

In the article it asks if kids should deserve trophies. Kids don't deserve trophies when they do not participate. The kids shouldn't deserve trophies. These are reasons why they don't deserve trophies. The other side of getting a participation trophies is to feel good.

Kids should not deserve to get trophies. They shouldn't just get a trophies for showing up. Why should they get a trophy for just showing up even though they didn't do anything. Trophies should only be given out to the winners and to the people that showed up to every game no matter what. You should only get a trophy when you know that you did something good for you and for others.

Lots of the parents hate the participation trophies because they know that there kids didn't do good and they know that they didn't show up to every practice. The team should be rewarded as a team not as individuals. People should only get trophies when they know that they showed up to practice 24/7 without missing a day. The trophies shouldn't be given out to convince the players to stay. If they really wanted to do the sport with or without getting a trophy then they would but if they want to leave don't bribe them with a trophy just so they would stay. Only the kids that work hard for what they earned should be the ones that deserve to get the trophies because they earned them they played and worked hard to get where they are now.

Obviously, these are the reasons why People shouldn't get trophies for participation purposes. As long as they know that they did there hardest to get the trophies then they should get it. Other than that if they didn't do anything at all they don't really deserve it. You could give them another chance at it but as long as they are not there 24/7 and they have a good excuse why they weren't there then they really don't deserve it at all. The things i talked about are the reasons why kids these days don't appreciate what they have because they get rewarded for doing
