Are Light Exercise More Productive Than People

Studies have shown that people who take short breaks throughout the day to do light exercise are more productive than people who do not. I think that statement is justified because people who exercise are more focused. Exercise promotes productivity, promotes good habits, and promotes better jobs in the future.
My first reason why exercise is overall good for your well being is that, studies have shown that exercise has increased productivity. More importantly, it has increased productivity in students. When a person exercises, the brain creates endorphins, causing that person to have an open mind; leading them to be more productive than people who do not exercise.
