Are Humans fundamentally social animals? It is long believed that humans have an automatic social nature and this will naturally be a part of our future and evolutionary history. We wouldn’t have got to where we are now without being social, moreover we wouldn’t have evolved the way we did, or invent many of the things we have if we were not social animals. The idea of this is that anything considered taboo; abortion gay marriage death penalty, gun control, national debt is outside of this window. And inside the window is array of ideas that are deemed socially acceptable to talk about. But this window can be moved over time and through great effort. (Marsh, 2016) This has happened very recently with gay marriage. It would have been impossible to believe that gay marriage could be accepted, although, now it is accepted in many countries all over the world.
