While some may argue that GMOs are completely safe and non-damaging to humans.Animals are highly at risk of an unbalanced and ruined ecosystem. In actuality GMOs are not completely safe for humans to consume. It’s not even good for the animals and further proving that GMOs are dangerous in many different ways. GMOs have been used for quite some time. Corn, soy, and squash; these are just three of the many foods that are modified genetically. Corn and Soy are a highly consumed GMO crop .The evidence states.”By far the biggest use of GMO technology has been in large-scale agricultural crops: At least 90 percent of the soy, cotton, canola, corn and sugar beets sold in the United States have been genetically engineered.”(Lallanilla).This goes to show how much of our crops are actually genetically modified and displays the large dance-hall sized room of error that could occur.
