My idea for this assignment is to use the “Architectural Origami” technique to show the relationship between the 2D & 3D patterns that appeared on the corner between two walls at the stairs way close to the first floor. The “Architectural Origami” technique is a technique that uses cutting and folding of a piece of paper to create the Architectural forms. The basic pattern that I used in this assignment are cuboid and cube. For the 3D patterns, I used a 22’’*30’’ Bristol board to make a “stairs” on the left side to represent the stairs on the left side of the wall, and the “cuboids” on the right side to match with the patterns that exist on the brick wall.
