Two of the most famous composers of the Baroque Era (1600-1750) are Arcangelo Corelli and Antonio Vivaldi. Both Italian composers. Who marked the history of composition. Staring with Arcangelo Corelli whom were older than Vivalvi. Arcangelo Corelli was born on February 17th 1653, in Fusignano, Italy. He was named Arcangelo after his father who died weeks before his birth. He was the fifth of fourth elder siblings. Corelli, was a violinist, composer and teacher, was better known as the “founder of modern violin technique” and as the “ world first great violinist.” Among many of his students, were Frederick Handel and Antonio Vivaldi.
