It was 11/7/2016, which meant that from 3-5pm at Arc XVI Fort Washington case workers and interns have group supervision. The Assistant Executive Director Diana was in charge of running the group; it was also actually the first time met her officially. The topic being covered that day was based on “Standards” what it means and how we as an organization can meet our standards. The group leader explained how non-profit organizations are created and how the funders evaluate them. She even went on to explain how non-profits are tax-exempts because they provide social beneficiary services to the community.
