This paper analyzes the effect of change for the future of Aquafina Afghanistan water manufacturing limited response and position in market. In the current era, one of the basic problems that challenge the manufacturing companies is the fact that various similar products avails in market. Change plays a major role in changing the company’s response in market. Manufacturing companies call the change an integral strategy for their business’s life. The increasing complexity of economic situation, supply and demand, challenges Aquafina to study their status and competitive advantage. The question raises that how the company responds to the market. Applying change is one of the topical strategies for manufacturing companies.

In recent years, a sharp increase in applying change is witnessing to companies’ success and stability in market. However, this research studies the influence of change on company’s success from different angles; it also discusses that bringing change is not always indicative to the product and service’s good quality. Change always meets problem before or after the implementation; it means an Aquafina may face success or failure in implementing change, but it is an accepted fact that change can bestow special attributes upon success of organizations and businesses that it may have lacked otherwise. Change also bridges the gap in business’s target and it creates a platform and opportunity for Aquafina to introduce a new product or recall the consumers’ mind about existing product and services. Today, People want to buy the right product. Later on Aquafina followed its journey in Bombay India in 1999 and it rolled out nationally by 2000. In Afghanistan, the company started its business on 2014; On the strength of its brand appeal and distribution, Aquafina has become one of leading brands of bottled water relatively in a short span of time in market across the country . It has four main production plants; located in Kabul, Balkh, and Ghazni and Hirat provinces across Afghanistan. Aquafina follows a five-step state-of-the-art purification process to give consumers pure water and perfect taste. Aquafina improves its product through refreshing and sharp change. Aquafina has also a local outlet in each province to cater the diverse consumers’ needs.
