I liked the poem The Sidewalk Racer because a skate board is useless without the rider. The skate board racer rides the skate board with a feeling of freedom. The feeling of swooshing down the street on a skate board with the wind hitting him in the face.
In a Dream within a Dream by Edgar Allan Poe, a confused man has had a dream. He has dreamed about kissing someone. To me, he was a weird man. However, it sounded like a joyful poem.
Hughes, April Rain Song is about loving rain. The poem seems to be the simplest of the poems written by Langston Hughes.
