Appreciate Anxiety

1/ I am anxious 2/ The time I get more anxious is when I have to lock the doors before going to sleep 3 It bothers me just thinking that the doors never close correctly 4 So I have to check every time at least five time to know I close the doors 5 Sometimes I still continue worrying and I wake up at night to check again 2/ I am also anxious when I leave my house 3/I always need to have my wallet, keys and phone 4/My wallet should always be on my right back pocket my keys should be on my right side pocket and phone on my left side pocket 5/Without this things I get anxious it’s like if I am missing something really important
