Differences Between Jack And Susan Pappas

Jack and Susan Pappas contacted my office seeking an appointment for leadership coaching services. I met the Pappas’ at their restaurant, Agape, while attending a private Life Coaches Meet and Greet Affair. The restaurant was a renown hot spot and received several five-star reviews for their service, ambience and cuisine. The Pappas’ exhibited excellent customer service and teamwork. This family entered the culinary industry with a recipe for success. Two years passed since our introduction, and the Pappas’ sounded desperate for assistance. I spoke to Jack by phone to gather why the Pappas’ wanted leadership coaching services. Jack and Susan 's business was struggling in their operations and direction of Agape and their family. The Pappas’ had a new addition to their family, a baby boy named Nico. The Pappas’ wanted to start a family and felt the right time was near. However, the Pappas’ never set a timetable to focus on family building and never considered the transitions that accompany childrearing. Susan pregnancy took the couple by surprise and placed the business and its affairs on the back burner. Jack now in the principal …show more content…
Jack and Susan needed to delegate duties to avail time for worship, Nico and remove some of the day-to-day pressures. Lydia filled in Jack and Susan’s absence; however she wanted more time with Nico and her other outside interest. Jack and Susan understood that Lydia was just supporting, lending her now famous recipes and service to their dream. Furthermore, this appraisal allowed Lydia the time she wanted with Nico and as well removed the pressure of keeping up with the pace of Agape. Moreover, extending promotions within their organization raises employee morale and performance. The Pappas’ felt relief and excitement, agreeing the time had come to delegate and grow
