To gain the greater efficiency and capability of high business, industries use the combination of the six sigma DMAIC problem solving methodology and Lean waste removal methodology. To gain continuous growth and success in the present market nearly every manufacturing and business process needs improvement. By improving in manufacturing and business process increase on time shipment, increasing inventory turnover, reduce process variation and cost, and improving the quality. The practice of lean methodology targets on reduce waste by streamline a process, six sigma methodology target to reduce defects by effectively solving problems. This paper explores and implementation of Lean six sigma tools, techniques and methodologies in industry such as manufacturing, finance service, healthcare. The advantage of implementation of lean six sigma is that it will reduce total cost of operation, improve supply chain efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
