I am writing to apply for the position of School Captain 2016. I have full belief in myself that I would be able to become a successful captain at St Peters Lutheran College and help my peers make 2016 the most memorable of their schooling years.
Leadership Philosophy
Qualities that I believe that are needed that which stated on the application form are:
➢ The want to make a difference;
➢ Be authentic and original;
➢ Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, and Learning the value of servant leadership.

I believe I possess this critical quality. My participation and commitment can be seen from working in a team; a group, and partnerships. Goal Setting
Steve Waugh a role model of mine once said “I’m is a big believer in having realistic leadership expectations. If people don’t believe the goal a leader has set is achievable, then energy dissipates.” As School Captains my goals wouldn’t be as simple as giving back to the sports and clubs that have helped me who I am. Amongst me wanting to do that I have two other goals I would like to achieve, as School Captain and I believe that they will benefit the community in a positive way.
1. To Make Multicultural, Anti-Bullying and all other days and weeks. Not just for their allotted time slot. For example, Anti-Bullying day shouldn’t just be for the one day; it should consistently be every single day every single year.
